   - Live on-chain bytecode & token mint inspection on Base, Ethereum, and Solana. Detects freeze/mint authorities, Token-2022 Permanent Delegate wallet seizure, bytecode blacklists, mutable tax fees, and DEX honeypot liquidity.

4. Anti-Bot Web Access & Scraper Oracle (`scrape_url`)
